Mission Statement(s): To help clients achieve their most ambitious goals. To provide creative solutions in a timely manner and with a high level of professionalism.

Literally Efficient was founded in May 2009 by me, Ashley Velez.  After having worked closely with a writer for four years, I realized I love nothing more than helping creative people create – and thus, Literally Efficient was born.

I love to write, and am a  former member of Zona Rosa, a series of writing-and-sisterhood workshops founded by the nationally-acclaimed author Rosemary Daniell. I participated in Rosemary’s Atlanta Zona Rosa Alpha Babes Group.  Don’t worry, though – I don’t want to beat you to writing the next Great American Novel.   I much prefer helping someone else reach that goal.

I am a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English.  I live in Woodstock with my husband, our son, and neurotic animals.
